biofeedback, neurofeedback, bioinformatics and pharmacoinformatics

My name is Speranta Avram and I am Professor at Department of Bioinformatics of Faculty of Biology, University of Bucharest.

I am biochemist and psychologist at University of Bucharest, Romania;  Master degree in Neurobiology; Master degree in Behavioral and Cognitive Psychotherapy; a doctorate in Life Science at University of Bucharest, Faculty of Biology, Romania and she has a  Habilitation in Biology Science.

I have expertise in Clinical Psychology and Behavioral and Cognitive Psychotherapy with emphasis in Biofeedback (EEG-BF, EKG-BF, THERMAL-BF, etc) in neuropsychiatric disorders and augmentation of cognitive performance in physiological conditions. I am tutor of master students in neurochemistry, psychopharmacology, physiology and neurofeedback at Faculty of Biology, University of Bucharest.

I am expertise in bioinformatics and pharmacoinformatics, with emphasis on development of neuroleptics, antidepressants, antimicrobial, statines, antiviral, antidiabetic drugs. Also I have expertise in researches of natural compounds with application in neuropsychiatric disorders. I am tutor of graduate students in bioinformatics at Faculty of Biology, University of Bucharest. I am tutor for Ph.D students (http://www.bio.unibuc.ro).

I am researcher at Bioinformatics Department of Faculty of Biology (https://erris.gov.ro/Department-of-Bioinformatics) with log expertise in research projects. I am the project coordinator in national research grants and I participated as researcher member team in many others national and international projects.
