SYNTHESIS Center for Research and Education is a pioneering enterprise, aiming at inspiring, developing and
supporting social entrepreneurship and social innovation in our part of the world.
We implement projects with a social impact primarily in the fields of social entrepreneurship and social innovation; health and ageing; migrant integration and social inclusion.
Through our "Health&Ageing" Unit we aim to foster and promote health education and services to improve the quality of
life of the population of Cyprus, especially to groups at risk of social exclusion (i.e the elderly, refugees, migrants). We are working to develop a collection of educational material and services that will help healthcare providers, NGOs and other pertinent organizations, utilize their assets and the country’s resources to improve the accessibility to healthcare services, the quality of health, and consequently, the quality of life to people nationwide.
Some indicative projects are "FALK: First Aid Language Kit for Migrants" and the "Take Care Project"
