Our Alzminder product (http://alzminder.com/) is primarily a mobile application assisting persons with memory decline and in general persons with dementia symptoms. It offers support to the assisted persons, as well as their Caregivers. Family members or caregivers of assisted persons may use Alzminder to create customised cognitive improvement exercises with multimedia content, organise their daily life and activate them through voice reminders and prompts. A premium version is also available that can additionally offer remote management of the application content and remote updates' submission. This version works with subscription-based access to Alzminder Supportive Web Platform, offering a private and secure web space for the creation of content and its push to the connected devices.
Being an SME with strong experience and having already a relevant product in the market, we are interested to partner with organisations already working on their ideas for submission to the currently open AAL Call.
