We elicit patient context for doctors by an interactive intelligent app

Doctors need too much time to collect data from complex EHR's. They also experience stress from incomplete and wrong data. Patients notice that doctors miss information or are not well informed. Patients get concerned for receiving appropriate care.

MediPrepare provides services to collect and exchange the patient context overview for doctors by an interactive and intelligent application. We use the patient as the primary source. They complete the questionnaire in ca 20 minutes at home on any device in any language and can present this overview in any other language. The doctor can assess the patient context and risk level in 15 seconds. The patient is assured that the doctor receives complete and relevant information. IT complexity is avoided and care becomes more appropriate. The patient has 100% control over the information anywhere, any time, in any language and on any device. The patient involvement and collaboration in his own care process starts immediately. 

We provide an online app that is ready to use on a NEN7510 certified platform. The beta version is ready for Dutch and English. The first pilot will start 3 September. Spanish can be added through automatic translation, but need some tweaking by native spanish speaking professionals.

MediPrepare seeks a pilot location in Spain to proof the concept at primary care level. Target audience is elder persons above 50 year who have a health complaint in a foreign country or persons who have to see an unknown doctor urgently. They can generate a health history and present it to the doctor on paper of in their smart phone. The doctor saves time and is immediately informed with a complete history without having to search into complex IT systems.
